Medina Valley proudly partners with the VA hospital to offer specialized care to veterans through a community nursing home agreement. As a select nursing home with this contract, we provide skilled care and engaging activities that cater to the unique needs of our local heroes.

Transitional Care
We help you recover safely and return home as quickly as possible after a hospital stay. Our dedicated team creates a personalized care plan focused on restoring your strength and preventing rehospitalization.
Rehabilitation Care
Our physical, occupational, and speech therapists work with you to rebuild strength, restore mobility, and regain independence. Whether recovering from surgery, stroke, or illness, we tailor every therapy plan to your individual goals.
Chronic Care
We provide around-the-clock skilled nursing care for residents with ongoing medical conditions. Our compassionate team works closely with physicians to manage complex needs while keeping comfort and dignity at the forefront.
Hospice & Respite Care
Our hospice team delivers compassionate, comfort-focused care for residents with terminal conditions, including pain management and emotional support. We also offer respite care to give family caregivers a much-needed break.
Wound Care
Our experienced wound care team treats and monitors a wide range of wounds daily, including pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, and surgical wounds. We focus on healing the wound while supporting the whole patient throughout recovery.
Interdisciplinary Care
Every resident receives care from a coordinated team of physicians, nurses, therapists, dietitians, and social workers. Together, they develop and manage a personalized care plan tailored to your unique health needs and goals.
Registered Dietician
Our registered dietician assesses each resident’s nutritional needs and develops meal plans that support healing and overall wellness. Good nutrition is an essential part of recovery, and we make sure every resident gets the care they need.
